Venus Cazimi is the exact moment that Venus joins the Sun, and is an auspicious time of receiving, manifesting and connecting to your personal power. In the story of Inanna, the Venus Cazimi (Superior Conjunction) is the resurrection of Inanna through the gift of an elixir that she receives from Ninshubar.
Ninshubar is symbolised by Mercury – notice that Mercury is very close by in the current transit chart? This is not a coincidence – Mercury always conjoins Venus at this stage of her cycle. Who else would deliver this special gift, but the messenger of the gods?
