Interpsycle Observator: 25 November – 1 December 2024
It’s a compact week with only three notable transits occurring. The main story for this week is the Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius (26 Nov) which will be moving in this backward illusion for the next 20 days. If you’ve found it difficult to focus your attention lately, it might have had something to do with Mercury moving over the degrees in which it will now return to. Sagittarius is not a friendly place for Mercury, hence this Mercury Retrograde period might cause some obvious issues to do with the mind, your communication, travels, transactions and details. Be careful of silly mistakes or saying things that you might regret later. A sluggish, distracted mind could be cause for many unfinished things around you. Slowing down physically and mentally is always a good way to protect yourself from potential harm caused by Mercury Retrograde. It’s a good time to take a mental break from the everyday tasks. Also try to focus on finishing past projects and tying up loose ends rather than to start anything new.

The new era is officially cemented into our reality with Pluto finally making its permanent move into Aquarius (20 Nov). If you’ve been following the astrology of the past couple of years, you might have heard that Pluto has been moving back and forth between the fringes of Capricorn and Aquarius since March 2023. With one foot stuck in the old world and the other foot dipping into the unknown path ahead, we’ve all witnessed the anxious uncertainty of our emerging times and the consequences of the old world demanding closure. Since March 2023, we’ve had a glimpse of the new era through new technologies, shifts in global collective alliances, reorganisation of bureaucratic structures and the changing dynamics of power between nations.
Interpsycle Observator: 11 November – 17 November 2024
The Saturnian themes dominate this month with Saturn moving Direct (16 Nov), making a statement about structure, responsibility and discipline in context of the long term sustainability of your life. Expect to feel the need to bunker down and get to work, foregoing fun and frivolity. Occupy yourself with the much needed tasks to establish some solid foundations for your future self. Sometimes, this strong Saturn energy could look like obstacles, limitations, sadness and despondency. Reframe the lower vibrational feeling of the Saturn impact by engaging a stoic attitude and looking ahead to future rewards that could be achieved if you started the hard work now.
Interpsycle Observator: 4 November – 10 November 2024
The November skies opened with a bang last week in the true intense essence of the Mars Pluto nature. This week, I suspect that things might move on quickly and we might get a little bit of respite.
In the past week, I’ve also recorded a full episode of the November skies with Callum Wilkinson from the Kepler College YouTube channel. If you’d like to hear the broader impacts of November, including a brief summary of each rising sign horoscopes, head over and check it out.
Interpsycle Observator: 28 October – 3 November 2025
The highly anticipated Mars Pluto opposition (3 Nov) is about to drop this week. Hang on to your hats, this is an explosive, confronting and volatile combat that’s about to take place. The battle of wills, the fight for power and the aggressive force for control are characteristic of this Mars Pluto opposition. At the same time, there’s an ability to tap into an immense level of inner force which you can direct towards something productive. It’s a superhuman power that you never thought you had. Remember, this force doesn’t necessarily need to be an external one. It could be an internal force that could be harnessed through your spiritual practices, self development, manifestation or the conscious enactment of your will.

Last week, Mercury squared Pluto in Capricorn for the last time and entered Scorpio shortly after. This week, it’s the Sun’s turn to bid farewell to this version of Pluto (23 Oct). This could potentially bring to light important topics and issues that have been seething away in the background. Perhaps you could have been introduced to this last week when Mercury led into the Pluto square and Scorpio zone. But as the Sun traverses this region this week, there’s no denying the obvious details of the matter. Long standing issues that have been unresolved, possibly containing a degree to toxicity are things to be on the lookout for. It may hit you deeply into your shadow traits as you also encounter the shadows of others. Issues of power, control, ego and the fight for one’s individual agency may be prominent themes.
Interpsycle Observator: 14 October – 20 October 2024
Mercury makes its Evening Heliacal Rise this week and will become visible again in the western sky just after sunset. This is a time of deep wisdom where you may be inspired to learn something more deeply or to disseminate information freely. A teacher or mentor might appear for you with an important lesson. As Mercury makes it rise and inspires your mind, it does so with great importance of something urgent that needs to be dealt with. Mercury makes a square to Pluto in Capricorn (14 Oct) for the very last time in our lifetime. Your mind might be occupied with important tasks this week that will finally complete a significant cycle or project that may have started sometime in the past 16 years. You could become quite preoccupied with this task, perhaps even obsessed. A deep focussed mind will be the gift of this week so find something constructive you can use this for. Avoid the more sinister environments that a bored mind could gravitate towards such those involving manipulation, control and power games. Mercury’s entrance into Scorpio territory (14 Oct) could create many stinging situations if its behaviour is not kept under control.
